Training Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment Policy
    1. Full payment is due at the time of registration.
    2. Payment will be via cheque, paypal or electronic transfer to our bank account. No other payment methods will be accepted.
  2. Cancellation & Transfers
    1. If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcomed at no extra charge. Please provide the name and the title of the substitute delegate at least 2 working days prior to the course/workshop.
    2. If a cancellation is made more than 4 days ahead of the start time of the booking, 100% of the total cost of the booking will be refunded. No refund will be provided if a cancellation is made less than 4 days before the start of the booking.
    3. We reserve the right to make any amendments, cancel and/or change the programme, speaker, date or venue if warranted by circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event of programme cancellation then a full refund of the fee payment will be made but we disclaim any further liability.
  3. Our Rights
    1. We reserve the right to refuse any booking by any client.
    2. We reserve the right to eject any attendee from the premises. Compensation may be negotiated with the bookee at out sole discretion.
    3. Looking Glass Solutions reserves the right to modify the terms & conditions, with 48 hours notice, at any time.
  4. Client Conduct
    1. Clients will conduct themselves in an appropriate manner during training courses.
    2. Clients may arrive up to 60 minutes before the agreed starting time and may be allowed to stay longer at our sole discretion..
    3. Clients agree to abide by all directives issued by us.
