Training Terms and Conditions

- Payment Policy
- Full payment is due at the time of registration.
- Payment will be via cheque, paypal or electronic transfer to our bank account. No other payment methods will be accepted.
- Cancellation & Transfers
- If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcomed at no extra charge. Please provide the name and the title of the substitute delegate at least 2 working days prior to the course/workshop.
- If a cancellation is made more than 4 days ahead of the start time of the booking, 100% of the total cost of the booking will be refunded. No refund will be provided if a cancellation is made less than 4 days before the start of the booking.
- We reserve the right to make any amendments, cancel and/or change the programme, speaker, date or venue if warranted by circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event of programme cancellation then a full refund of the fee payment will be made but we disclaim any further liability.
- Our Rights
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking by any client.
- We reserve the right to eject any attendee from the premises. Compensation may be negotiated with the bookee at out sole discretion.
- Looking Glass Solutions reserves the right to modify the terms & conditions, with 48 hours notice, at any time.
- Client Conduct
- Clients will conduct themselves in an appropriate manner during training courses.
- Clients may arrive up to 60 minutes before the agreed starting time and may be allowed to stay longer at our sole discretion..
- Clients agree to abide by all directives issued by us.
